This is nautical-styled cottage is privately nestled in the wooded dunes and wild huckleberry bushes along Lake Michigan. Compass Rose is 1 mile/4 minutes north of Mears State Beach and 1/4 mile south of AJ’s. It is also 1 mile south of Bass Lake and a 15-minute drive to Ludington. Relax in the woods or enjoy the towns of Pentwater and Ludington at your leisure. Tastefully decorated and recently updated with an open concept floor plan, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, breakfast nook, game table, and open living room with electric fireplace. Wood floors throughout. There is a large screened-in, furnished porch in front and a private sun deck in back. Compass Rose has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths–-one with a claw footed bathtub. Main floor master bedroom has private ensuite bath with king-size bed and private patio. Upstairs bedrooms share a hall bathroom. One bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a queen and two twins. Compass Rose has a beach volleyball court, horseshoes, and playground on the property (shared with one other cottage). Firepit, Grill, AC, Heat, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Free wifi and more. This beautiful remodel is located right in the heart of downtown Pentwater in the old Hancock Building. Front seat to the Village Green and Main Street. Thursday night band concerts, Sunday night movies on the Green and all the other fun filled activities Pentwater has going on.

CARROLL STREET COTTAGE
This quaint historical cottage, built in 1867 is the perfect summer get away. It sits in a prime location on Carroll Street, a block from the Village of Pentwater, where you can enjoy restaurants and shopping. Spend a relaxing summer afternoon on the screened in porch reading a book or hanging out in the backyard where there is plenty of seating, picnic tables, a gas grill and a fire pit. The beach at Charles Mears State Park is only a few blocks from the Carroll Street Cottage. We provide you with bikes and some beach chairs for an enjoyable day at the beach.
CONCORD COTTAGE
The Concord Cottage is a fully furnished one bedroom three-season cottage suitable for 1-2 non-smokers (no pets). Located in a quiet neighborhood of stately victorian homes. Just 4 blocks to tennis courts, Village Center or white sand beach on Lake Michigan.
PENTWATER COTTAGE
Located just north of Pentwater on S. Lakeshore Drive, Pentwater Cottage is on a scenic bluff overlooking Lake Michigan. Pet friendly, the cottage has it's own picnic table, chairs and gas grill. Summit Park is located nearby and Bortell's Fisheries is across from the driveway entrance.
