It sits in a prime location on Carroll Street, a block from the Village of Pentwater, where you can enjoy restaurants and shopping. Spend a relaxing summer afternoon on the screened in porch reading a book or hanging out in the backyard where there is plenty of seating, picnic tables, a gas grill and a fire pit. The beach at Charles Mears State Park is only a few blocks from the Carroll Street Cottage. We provide you with bikes and some beach chairs for an enjoyable day at the beach.
