The setting is peaceful from the 120’ wide sugar sand beach up to the quiet valley of the woods. It’s ideal for family gatherings. The house, with many windows for natural light, has an open design with a modern, fully equipped kitchen and large dining table. The deck has many sets of tables, a swing, picnic table, gas grill, lounge chairs to enjoy outdoor eating and relaxing. Location is only 3 miles north of historic Pentwater with its many shops and excellent restaurants and 10 miles south of Ludington.
