freshly painted and re-carpeted with new furnishing throughout. Amenities
include, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room (including iron and
board), shower in the
master bath and garden tub, ceiling fans in master bedroom, kitchen, and
living room, portable fans available for other bedrooms, gas grill,
lawn chairs, picnic
table, deck at front entrance of home, plenty of parking, TV and VCR, phone
for local calls, front and side yards for entertaining and yard games. For
those with small children please note there is a small creek in the back
yard .
