This well known cottage in downtown Pentwater has been fully renovated top to bottom. It is situated next to Charlie's Marina and within walking distance to Pentwater's shops, galleries and downtown activities. Relax on the large 2 level deck with outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ grill and enjoy the view of Pentwater Lake and the marina. Charles Mears State Park, close by, has one of the best sandy beaches along Lake Michigan. In the area are tennis courts, miniature golf, go carts and great hiking trails. The cottage has 4 large bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms.

The Constable's Cottage

The cottage has 4 large bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms. We provide linens and towels and there is a washer and dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with its own bathroom. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have double beds and the third has 2 sets of bunk beds. The fully furnished new kitchen has a eat in dining area and is adjacent to the outside deck accessible by a sliding patio door. Inside is a dining room, den, large living room with TV, Cable, DVD and VCR with lots of room to spread out. .

No Pets. No smoking indoors please..

$1000/week, $500 deposit
